Thank you for submitting your key file request. Please check your email over the next 24 hours by which time you should have received your key file.

If you do NOT receive your key file in the next 24 hours, please call us during office hours on +353-62-54900 and we will try to provide your key as quickly as possible.

Installing a key disk you received via email
To install a key file you received via email take the following steps.

1. Right Click the attached file called key.ex$ in your email message. 

2. Choose Save As from the menu. 

3. Save the file somewhere where you will find it again. ie. Desktop

4. Close AgriManage.

5. Find the file called Key.ex$ and RIGHT Click the file.

6. Choose RE-NAME from the menu.

7. Key.ex$ will be highlighted.

8. Press the RIGHT arrow on your keyboard and the highlight disappears from the file name, but the cursor is now flashing on the right hand side just after the $ sign of Key.ex$.

9. Press the BACKSPACE KEY just once.

10. The $ disappears from the file name leaving just Key.ex

11. Press the letter E on the keyboard.

12. The filename now reads Key.exe

13. Press enter.

14. You may get a message about changing a file name extension. Click Yes.

15. Double click the file Key.exe or you might only now see Key

16. Follow the on - screen instructions to complete the installation.

17. Install the update after this step.

Re-start your program and allow the re-organize to complete.
